Vera Edith Dieckmann, Founder and Creative Director of XO Atelier, is a distinguished architect with 28 years of international experience. A graduate engineer who studied in Germany, she's listed in Architectural Digest Middle East Top 100 for 2025. She has worked across New York, Italy, China, and Malaysia, holding formative roles at renowned studios including David Ling and Matteo Thun. In 2020, she founded XO Atelier in Dubai, delivering 130+ high-end hospitality and residential projects over five years of operation. Her innovative light design "Flow" was executed by Lasvit in 2018.
